I own a 1999 Ford f-150, 193 thousand miles, just change the left and right stabilizer bars 3 months ago, the break pads and rotors on both front tires a month ago, and the left wheel bearing 3 weeks ago. A couple of days ago the truck started to shake when I go 65 mph, what could it be? Alignment?

Well that truck is over two decades old with nearly 200K miles. It could be anything from tire balance to worn front suspension components to the front wheel bearing on the other side.
