Should a purchase risk be taken on a two owner, 2012 4Runner with 211,924 miles already on it being sold at a local manufacturer dealership, not a B lot dealership? Thanks for answering.

At 13 years old and over 200,000 miles it better be cheap. (However dealers almost always overcharge and then will add bogus fees on top of it.)
You can lessen the risk by having a good mechanic give the thing a thorough inspection before purchase. If the dealer won't let you do that, run away.
