I changed my battery and when I had to enter my radio code I received an error. I have the five digit code and the 11 digit alphanumeric serial number . It will not take the code. When you try to get the S/N it gives to me APN_COMMON_PW, not the serial number. I contacted Acura and they could not do anything. They recommended to bring it a dealer. The dealer told me I needed a new radio. However, I could get the radio to work for 2-5 minutes. The problem is the radio software lost the serial number somehow. There must be away to bypass the code or add the serial number back. I have disconnected the battery to reset the radio. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
