Has an automatic transmission and the car  has around 59k miles on it, just over that.

Noise stars at 0:02

Only does this when its HOT in the car, and only on startup. So not in the winter or early spring. Noise gets louder if its warmer. Ex: If its 100 degrees outside it does it louder than if its 60 outside. Doesn't do it if its below 60 degrees. Goes away after a few seconds.

Its been doing this since the summer of 2020

I think that’s just the blower / AC fan experiencing thermal expansion… or the flap door getting stuck…

id love to know more context…

The heater and AC work perfectly.

What else would you like to know?

Of corse, the expanding part is probably the cabin air fan.
If you turn off the fan, does it still stay?

It only happens for the first 5 seconds when its blazing hot outside. It doesn't do it any other time.
