[Solved] Toyota Corolla Does Not Start

Hi Scotty,

My 2011 Toy Corolla cranks but won't start. Check engine is on. Got a code of P2118 - Throttle actuator.

Need your help in diagnosing the issue. I wanted inserted a video here so that you can hear what is happening, but didn't see how. Thank you for all you do!
