I was looking at a 2012 chevy silverado for 14k that has 160k miles on it an it looks like they haven’t changed the transmission fluid it drives good an everything I was just wondering if it worth buying

You left out a few things.
Which part? It's mostly there. They only came in automatic. Codes should be scanned as part of pre-purchase inspection.
Didn't know trans options. No mention of dealer or private sale. Also I missed that the year was in the title, originally it wasn't in the post text.
