2012 Corolla LE - Code p219a

Hey Scotty,

 

I have a 2012 Corolla LE (84,700 miles), single owner from day 1. I did all of the maintenance myself. oil changes ,ect...

 

Both the check engine light, and Trac OFF lights are on at the same time. Sometimes this happens when the gas cap is loose or broken, so I replaced it with a new gas cap. The lights still come on after resetting the ECU.

 

I took it to auto-zone and they got code p219a

Does the head gasket need to be replaced?? How can a corolla have head gasket problems? This is only common in Subaru. What are the basic  easy things i should do before replacing the head gasket? Could it be a dirty MAF sensor or O2 sensor?
