I have a 2012 Dodge Caliber with an automatic transmission with 122,000 miles and it occasionally stutters/cranks when the key is turned when trying to start. What do you think might cause this or where should I start looking?

Watch Scotty’s video on how to fix a car that cranks but won’t start.
Does it do it on cold starts or hot starts?
Both
Get the fuel pump pressure tested. Watch Scotty’s video, it’ll take you through all the steps.

Check the charging system and perhaps look at the throttle body for carbon buildup.
