Cylinder 5 misfire after warming up and under load, changed sparkplugs, coil pack, injector, compression test was at 120. Hemi, awd, 150K miles. What next, I'm thinking pull the head to inspect valves. Thanks,

Pull the valve cover, have someone turn the car over and watch to see if all the rocker arms move the same. If they don't you have bad hydraulic lifters and they are eating the cam. You have to pull the heads to replace it all.
