Recently purchased a 2012 ford fiesta and i noticed the rear windows do not go down i checked and it was missing a fuse i put a fuse and nothing happened it still the same and also the power mirrors dont work only the passenger side mirror works not the driver side mirror

You could start by testing the switches. In particular many cars have a lockout switch for rear power windows to prevent kids from playing with them. You could also check for bad wiring. You can find the shop manual for the car online here:

However if that car has an automatic transmission you're going to have more serious problems to deal with. The "PowerShift" dual-clutch transmissions are a defective design that resulted in a costly lawsuit against Ford. There is no fix for those transmissions. Ford knew they were bad and sold them to the public anyway. (On the other hand manual transmissions in the Fiesta are OK.)
