Hi Scotty, I'm looking at a 2012 Ford Fusion SLE with the 2.5 L and six speed (6F-35) transmission for a second vehicle with one owner and just over 100 K. I had an 09 Milan with the 2.3 L which I know are similar to the 2.5 and pretty reliable and stout as I had over 270K when I sold it. However, I don't hear such good things about the 6F-35 and it is recommended by some to avoid it altogether. I would like to hear your opinion on it. Thanks.
Actually the most frequent problem reported on those Fords is with the electric power steering ($$$$ to fix). Transmission and engine problems also make the list.
