After my 2012 ford transit connect was impacted by another vehicle on my driver door only. It completely shut off and would start. I had it towed to my house. I reseted the fuel shutt off button on my passenger door. Now I have to try and start it by using a jump start but when I begin to crank it it kills the jump start device. Is it a dead battery problem?

Well, you can easily test the battery. Any auto parts store any mechanic in test it in 30 seconds. Pray it's that cuz if not all the wiring of the car is pretty much interconnected in a short and one area could short the computer out and keep it from starting a car
