2012 Honda Accord 2.4 L 4cylinder

Good evening, hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Im just wondering if i want to keep my car for as long as i can what things do you recommend i replace besides the basic maintenance. Its at 180,000mi and i love it but should i replace the alternator just to be safe its not giving me any issues yet. Also is it worth it to change the suspension or drive axle?

Replace parts as they wear out. (The quality of even OEM parts these days tends to be abysmal.)

@chucktobias thank you will do

No. Leave good parts alone.

I have exact same 2012 Accord with lower miles.  So far I just replaced all liquids, spark plugs, fuel cap (failed),  battery, brake pads, tires and PVC valve (preventively).  Everything else I'm not touching until something fails or is about to fail.  Actually, my lower arm control rubber bushings started to crack so might need to replace them next year sometimes...

@jvin oh ok 👍 ya i just cant afford to get another car and just want to keep this one around for as as i can
