I am the owner of a 2012 Honda Accord EX Manual Transmission Sedan with 49000 miles. The vehicle run and shifts fine. What would you recommend for maintenance on this vehicle with this age and mileage ? I keep my vehicle as long as possible. I do regular oil changes changes. Should I replace the PCV, serpentine belt, thermostat, ect?

It is a good idea to change them. I would change the coolant as well.

You should change your pcv valve with each oil change. They only cost a few $$$. You might also try reading your owner's manual for maintenance schedule.
