Hi,
I saw a 2012 honda civic lx with 20K miles for ~10.5K. It looks good, guy said well maintained.
But, I am wondering if it is worth buying 2012 or not?
Anything particular, i need to take notice. and also, please help me to guide if this good deal?
Please kindly help me in this regards.

Make sure it is the real mileage and check it out. Make sure to have a mechanic see it if you are looking into buying it. 2012 had lower rating than earlier and later years in driving dynamics etc. so test drive it.
