hey scotty what are a few reasons why a car wont start.
1. The battery is weak
2. The starter motor is bad
3. You put in the wrong key or have the wrong remote
4. The engine itself is seized
5. The timing belt or timing chain is broken
6. The drive belt is broken
7. The ECM is fried
8. You purchased the car from a buy here pay here lot the tracker device kicked in, because you did not make payment on time.
9. The car was set on fire the night before
10 It’s a Chrysler 200
There many reasons a car won’t start, feel free to add your own reasons
you can start a car with NO serpentine belt just fine.

serpentine belts (fan belt/accessory belt) have absolutely no effect on interference engines. Please do some research about how engines work.
