Hey Scotty, I have a 2012 Honda Civic LX my Driver rear window won't go down. When I press the window button, I hear nothing coming from the door, it is closed but It just wont go down. I don't know whether it is a regulator or a motor issue. Thanks

Check the wiring where it goes through the door jamb for frayed or broken wiring.
It also may be that the switch is defective.

put 12v directly on the motor
