All of a sudden the starter would make a whirling sound but not crank the engine. The whirling sound wouldn’t stop until the positive terminal on the battery was removed. The starter was replaced but now the engine cranks but won’t start. The engine has 105,000 km on it. Do you have any idea what could be the issue?
