2012 Lexus ES 350 with 146K miles
with a stellar maintenance history exclusively at the same Lexus dealership. One owner, no accidents, $12,990 (sold by the same dealership, not that that necessarily matters).I know the miles are high but 2012 was supposedly a great year for the ES 350
If it passes a ppi, would you rev up this engine, or pass due to age & miles?
I would probably pass but due to the price not mileage or year
That was the final model year of that generation and it was indeed a stellar year.

If it passes a PPI it should be a solid choice. However, I feel the price is still a little high with that mileage. I would offer a little less, especially if it’s been sitting. However, if that price is the going rate for similar condition ES 350’s these days, then you may not have much of a choice.
