I was driving to work and I randomly got a check engine light. I went to auto zone and he scanned and erased the code. I got P2195 Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1). The light did not come back on during the drive home. Can I assume that the air fuel ratio sensor is faulty? The car runs great, it has 195,000 miles. I always use top tier gas and Techron fuel injector cleaner every other oil change so I don't think it would be an injector? Looks like it is the hardest air fuel ratio sensor to get to. Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.

Don't assume anything. You'll find potential causes and diagnostic steps here:
