Have a 2012 Lexus es350 with 41k dealer keeps recommending a fuel injector service. Car runs fine and owners mtce service manual does not list this item, is this just a dealer upcharge?

You don’t need it esp. at 41k. I’d also find another place (independent, good honest mechanic) to get the vehicle serviced or DIY by watching Scotty’s excellent videos.
