My son bought a Lexus RX 350 with 111K on it. A mechanic found that there is a small rear main seal leek. My son talked to a Lexus mechanic and he said that they all leak a little that it won't get any worse. Is this true?

A rear main seal leak is a leak and it will not get better. It needs to be replaced. All those other band aid approaches are just that, temporary.

AT 205 reseal Or, Blue Devil Rear Main Seal Leak Repair. Either of these in the engine oil will help.
