Hey Scotty i have a 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 I recently encounter PO638 and P2135,P2135 is here most of the time but PO638 does and its throttle actuator control range/performance bank 1.car would start idle were rough if i dnt play wth the gas it will die,afr all over the place,happens outnof nowhere,,just filled her up with e85/91 i am tune for this fuel map..for 6 yrs..is it bad ethanol mix tht i hot from the gas station 120 all four in compression test..pls help im lost right now 😰 😰 😰 😰
Well I certainly don't think the gas has anything to do with this, but the tune may have affected something.
Nevertheless, there is an electrical problem with either the throttle body or the accelerator pedal. Check all the wiring and connections associated with the throttle body, and make sure the throttle valve is not dirty inside. It could very well be the throttle position sensor or the accelerator pedal position sensor.
Now if your tune messes with throttle position (increases throttle response by opening the throttle more than what the accelerator pedal detects) then that may be causing the problem. But check all the wires first. If possible, disconnect the tune and see if it goes away.
