2012 Toyota Rav4 Base 4 cylinder with 208,000 miles. The check engine light stays on and the Auto LSD light stays blinking. Replaced both Camshaft sensors and oil change. Reset with the machine from Autozone. Drove about 80 miles and the lights stayed off. Let it set a few days and turned the car on and the same lights came back on and stayed on. The code it throws from Autozone is a P0016, Crankshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A. A secondary result is In/DVVT System Phase Difference/Range Malfunction. What is causing the lights to come back on?
