What is the general consensus on a 2012 Ridgeline 2 owner with 197k miles no hits on car fax supposedly well maintained

It's pretty high mileage and it's already had two owners. The problem with those are the V6 engines. Generally start to have problems with that mileage such as burning oil or camshafts wearing. I would definitely not overpay for that thing if a mechanic checked that out and said that it's still in decent shape

You can't count on that. An inspection by a good mechanic before purchase is imperative.
