I have a 2007 Toyota 4Runner with 171,000 miles on it i bought it a year ago with 142,000 miles on it I’ve changed the oil and filter a lot and recently the transmission fluid and the transfer case and rear axle and mine has the v8 engine what do you think about this vehicle and how much life can I get out of this?

They were very reliable - when new. That one is nearly two decades old. Without a functioning crystal ball there is no way to know how much more life you can get out of it. Take care of it and see how it goes, it could last a while. Be sure to change that V8's timing belt and the timing-belt powered water pump unless you know for certain they are reasonably recent.
