Hey Scotty. I've heard you say many times that higher octane fule does nothing to a car that dosen't need it. I accidentally filled my Outback with 93 instead of 87 and now it idles like it's brand new. It tends to bog down a lot, almost to the point of stalling. It actually has stalled a few times going into drive from reverse. Now it's idling so smooth I can hardly tell it's even running. What do you think the issue is? I change my oil religiously and use high quality filters. Thanks.

You may have an engine that has carbon built up carbon, or your MAF sensor is dirty and not functioning correctly.
