I was looking at a 2012 Toyota Camry that has 37,000 miles, do you think $10,000 is good for it

If they can prove that it’s genuine mileage & if a professional mechanic checks out the car before purchase & gives you the green light, sure!

Yeah its a good car. It's a basic car, anyway. Nothing that special about it. It ends at reliable.
