It is reasonable price. Try to lower the price by a thousand dollars. I would go for it-have a mechanic look it over and take it for a test drive to make sure everything looks ok.
Ok, It is a company that sells used cars with warranty, they don't lower the price...
They're selling it for a little too much.
I would request a copy of the warranty before buying the car and read it with a magnifying glass to see what it actually says.

Nothing is worth more than you are willing to pay for it. Prices of stuff in the US are "suggested retail price" and cannot be legally set. I would never deal with any place that wasn't willing to negotiate.
