2012 Venza V6 oil in spark plug tube

Hi Scotty, I just bought a 2012 Toyota Venza V6 with 140,000 miles. It’s clean, looks well maintained and runs smoothly. Last week I discovered oil pooled around the spark plugs in the access tube. What caused this and is it a serious problem?
