How reliable is a 2013 Acura TL SH-AWD 3.7L Technology Package ?

It's actually quite reliable if it's been maintained. Realize fluids do need to be changed in those things and if somebody just drives it puts 100 something thousand miles on it and never changed any of the fluids. Things will eventually wear out
