Hi,
My friend has a 13 escape, it had a no crank issue, her son put a new battery in it when he had it a about a month ago, and it won't crank over. it has a new battery, fuses are good, relays are good, it has 12v at the starter, and the new starter was tested, the motor isn't siezed, and im stuck, I've worked on cars for quite awhile, but, i electrical issues arent my favorite part.. . So,
New battery,
New starter
Grounds are all right,
- Fuses and relays have been checked, it has a code for an 02 sensor but thats it.. she needs the escape to get to work really soon, and I'm not sure what i should do next, thanks

Does it crank if you hotwire the starter solenoid? If so there may be a problem with the ignition switch or the immobilizer.
