A while back I was having problems with my transmission suddenly shifting down and sometimes getting stuck in a lower gear. I was told to check my fuses so one by one I pulled each one looking for a bad one. I didn't find one. Now I hear there is a factory recall for this problem with the speed sensor. My problem now is that after checking all my fuses I did something I imagine to some relay or something. When you put the key in to start the truck everything powers up but when you turn the key to start nothing happens. At this rate I can't even take the truck to the dealer to check on the recall ....Help
Check the starter relay. Your owner's manual should have a fuse diagram for its location in the fuse box.
Check online for recall information so that when you go to the dealer to get it fixed, you don't listen to a bunch of BS.
