I have a 2013 Genesis Sedan with 115000 miles, when I start it in the morning "cold start" the engine will make a clacking sound like a lifter with no oil and it will shake like Its missing, after about 45 seconds the engine smooths out and runs normal but still has the clacking sound but not as loud.
I did have the spark plugs changed out at 110000 miles. It's been a good car the only major things I've done to it are the plugs and brake pads.
My concern is the rough engine for the first 45 or so seconds then it smooths out?
Any ideas?

The clacking noise does not go away. Odds are that your engine is going out.
Try to baby it or get rid of the car.
