Scotty, what issues may I possibly have with a 2013 Honda CRV Ex L / mileage 135,000/ Florida car the whole time and one owner who says that there are absolutely no leaks and serviced and well maintained vehicle. The family is asking $10,500 and it seems like a fair asking price. 2.4 liter, 4 cylinder, i-vtec, awd, allow wheels, backup camera, about 22 mpg city 30 mpg hwy - 25 mpg combined. it's past any 10-year warranty period and over 100,000 miles. So am I buying it just when anything major may need to be done service wise?

It could have any kind of issues. The thing might be in great shape or it could be read to fall apart. You need to have it examined thoroughly by a good mechanic before purchase. If the seller won't let you do that then fuggetaboutit.

Never believe anything a seller tells you. Even if they have the best intentions, which is not typically the case, they may not even be aware of problems.
