2013 Honda Pilot, put money into it?

2013 Honda pilot exl, auto with 96k

i work from home and use this car to bring kids to and from school, hockey and to go the the airport when I travel  I put about 8k of miles on a year.  It has new tires, a good sticker, and a lifetime alignment deal on it. I don’t want to put money into but I have a teen driver now and don’t want him driving a wreak.

I bought this car 6 years ago salvaged and had it repaired. Had a front end collision. It was cheap and as such I paid it off quickly. Honda dealer is telling me that I need to put about 4k into it:

Oil pressure switch (service bulletin for this, issue is rough cylinder deactivation), front compliance bushings (Maine winters), rear shocks, thermostat, coolant crossover pipe housing gasket

there is something odd going on when I turn to the right. Vibration or almost feels like a flat tire or transmission issue.  I do have a vtm4 light on during the winter when it’s cold and the gear changes are rough.

do I fixed it and keep riding it since I own it or do I try to sell it for a few grand knowing it has some work to be done?

Heck I'd drive it till the wheels fell off. You'd put more money into it then. It's worth if you wanted to fix it right
