2013 hyundai elantra gt shimmers when I hit any bumps. I had the shocks replaced with KYB shocks, an alignment, and new all new tires put on it. What else could it be?

What else could it be?
You've barely scratched the surface yet. It can be any worn-out/loose front suspension components.
