Hello Scotty. Great information. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 3.6 V6 engine. What product did you recommend for timing chain slap with engine start up, which comes and goes? Also various videos about the 8 speed auto transmission says the German manufacturer says 8 year/80,000 kilometer fluid and filter changes even though getting to some of the bolts can be a challenge with the frame member in the way. Side note: my wife is crazy about the Dr. Strangelove glasses. Where can we get some ? HaHa! Present mileage 42200 still holding together.

If you have timing chain slap the only "product" that would fix it would be to replace the worn out component(s). It could be the tensioner, chain guides, the chain itself or any combination of those.
