Dear Scotty,
I have a 2013 Hyundai valester. Every time I try to step on the gas it's not giving enough talk torque to move the car fast enough. I have an automatic transmission. Do you prefer stick shift!

how much on the odometer please?

Do you have the base model or turbo. The naturally aspirated model is really slow, It's 0 to 60 is something like 9.6 ish seconds. The turbo model is 6.9 seconds. So if you have the base the lack of power might just be that little power
If yours is the turbo model check for boost leak, also do what @inthrustwetrust said.

Have you checked the basics? Clean filters, tune up, oil change, etc?
