Hey Scotty, I'm looking at a 2013 buick Lacrosse with 191,000 miles on it. It has the 3.6L v6. I was wondering if this is something to be avoided with mileage that high.

Yes, at that high mileage (for a GM vehicle) you would definitely want to avoid it.
