Hey Scotty, I have a 2013 Lexus ES 350 and I like to do my own maintenance now I’m not a mechanic but capable. What are the most important things I should be doing on a regular basis? I drive the car a lot, over 550 miles a week, what are your suggestions?

Follow the maintenance as laid out by the manufacturer in your owner's manual. That's the best anyone can do.
