2013 Lexus rx350, 110K miles check engine light came on and went away on its own within 2 days, it did the exact same thing about 5K miles ago and light went away on its own as well. Obd codes came back with P0012 and P0015 but the car shows no signs related to these codes and runs fine and the check engine light hasn’t came back on, should I be worried?

No worries yet until it causes starting/idling problems.
The VVT solenoids may be causing intermittent valve timing fault.
Verify engine oil is full/clean and VVT filters are clean.
