Is it worthwhile to replace head gasket on a 1993 Camry (135,000 miles)?

Depends on how much it cost for you and in what shape the car is. If the rest of the car (transmission, cosmetic,...) is good, it might be worth doing it.

If that’s the only thing which needs repair, as @yaser said, it may be worth doing if you like the car, since the car itself isn’t worth >$1500.
However, if the engine is worn out & needs a complete rebuild, just forget about it.
You may also consider gambling with a used engine from a junkyard vs the cost of the head gasket repair.
