Hi Scotty,  I have a 2013 ram with the v6. 129000 miles( I Know) however I get a misfire detected code on cylinder number 2 without any sign of a misfire. The truck runs absolutley great. This comes on at any time and after a few days to a week it goes away. Only to come back at a random time. I feel no misfire, or anyno hesitation. Drives me nuts t {black}:idontknow: Thanks Frank in Pittsburgh

Man, the people around here can be vicious sometimes... Seems sometimes the vibes you will get from this forum when asking questions about any non-Japanese vehicle is Junk it and buy a Toyota, but in real life that's not always an option...

Anyways I would switch the injector on cylinder 1 to 2 if you are mechanically able, and see if the misfire moves. If it does, replace the injector. If not, I would replace the spark plug (make sure the gap is correct).

If you can't seem to find the problem and it is running fine, what the heck. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Just junk the thing those Rams are pretty reliable at first just find a good mechanic that can fix it don't no if it is worth the money though.
