I have a 2013 RAV4 4 cylinder front wheel drive. It currently has 115,000 Miles. Have noticed a torque converter shutter between 25 and 40 mph. It has grown where it does i'teach time. The transmission fluid has never been exchanged or flushed. If I was to have a transmission flush done at the dealer would it help with torque converter shutter or what is still be the same?

If you haven't had a transmission service in 9 years and 115K miles, it's a little late now. Should have had a fluid and filter change (no flush) at 30-50K miles. Never go to a dealer for anything. They are just going to rip you off. You need a transmission specialty shop (not a chain like Aamco) to diagnose your problem.
