Hi Scotty. I just got a used 2013 Scion FRS and every time i try to fuel up, the gas pump nozzle doesnt go all the way into the fuel neck, gasoline sometimes leaks out onto my car and it trips the gas pump, making it almost impossible to fuel up. My theory is that the fuel neck is too small. What do you think and what would your suggestion be? Thank you

Well, I've never seen that problem. I always find that the gas pumps fit into the hole. But if your vent system to eat at vent system isn't venting correctly, it'll keep shooting gas back up because it's not vending right and that's often a bad. Either have canister vent valve or a bad switching valve or sometimes believe it or not spiders make nests in the vent hose and clogs them up
