My 2013 Toyota Sienna 3.5 LE makes a very prevalent engine tick. It only occurs when the engine is warm and can be heard both at idle and coasting. My dad isn’t very religious with his oil changes (probably every 9-10k miles). I think it’s valve clattering and he thinks it’s a pulley. Any thoughts?

Maybe it's engine slap. There's a page on the Sienna forum (with video) that conjectures about such noises.
One thing I do know: 9K-10K is too long for oil changes. As Scotty says: "Oil is cheap. Engines are expensive."
