2013 Toyota Camry SE

Bought the 2013 Camry SE with 45K, never asked if the tranny fluid was changed at dealer, probably not.  Now has 103K with heavy city mileage, no towing.  Asked Toyota Dealer Service manager if I should change the tranny fluid.  He said no way with what I just explained.  I've heard you say to do it at 100K to prolong the transmission life, but have I waited too long and made it too risky to incur damage. If it was your car, would you do it?  Car drives fine just wondering?

I would do a drain and refill, but not a flush.

Drain and refill, and also time to look for a different mechanic (stay away from dealer).

This Camry has the filter. Should the pan be removed, cleaned and filter replaced?

Pretty sure it has a metal screen, not a filter
