Alright I'm going to go look at a 2013 Corolla this week.
112,000 miles. Manual transmission. $5800.
Definitely going to do a buyer's inspection.
Any tips?
I think it's a good deal.

Yeah, so, it didn't work out.
Chatted with the guy on the phone today and I asked if it would be alright if I did a buyer's inspection. He paused and said that the car was already inspected. I said that I understood but still needed to have a buyer's inspection. He said he would be willing to drive it himself to do a buyer's inspection. (my first suspicion but still giving it the benefit if the doubt)
Fast forward to a couple hours later and he calls saying the car was purchased for the asking price. I thought that was kinda odd.
Anyways, thanks for the help everyone.
The search continues.
It looks like you found a killer deal. If it checks out then buy that car!
Will do! Thanks!
Great car, make sure it isn't a salvage title because the price is very low.
Good thinking. Thank you.
Looks good from the outside, but definitely have a professional mechanic check the insides.
If it all checks out, go right ahead!
Good luck.
Thanks!
Good car, but I would try to look at the 2014 models and see if you can get a good deal on those since that generation of Corolla wasn't all that great compared to the newer and older gens.
Seems like a great deal, as long as the car checks out.
