Should I add an Oil Catch can to a 2021 F150? I heard it does collect a small amount of oil that would otherwise be burned thru combustion.
Which engine do you have?

Adding @Mod_Man as well since he owned an F-150 with the 3rd Gen Coyote
Scotty has mentioned a couple of times in his videos, he hasn't seen Ford's carbon up as much as Volkswagens. If you wish, go ahead, but I do not think it is absolutely necessary
See below: same engine as used in the Mustang GT (albeit that engine does not have cylinder deactivation)

Also, be aware there is the potential for a warranty claim to be denied if they see a catch can installed as well as failing smog/inspection in certain states.
I did not add a catch can on my F150, but I probably should have. It is essentially the same motor that is in the Mustang, just tuned for towing rather than performance. Adding one on the passenger side will definitely help with carbon buildup. Trust me, enough residue gets by that it will not combust in the motor cleanly.
As a side note, I went through 3 engines and 2 transmissions in my 18 F150 in the first 6k miles. It wound up with me suing Ford and getting my money back. I hope you have better luck than me, but since '18 when Ford switched to plasma liners oil consumption has been a major issue.
If I were you, I would get the JLT 3.0 can for the passenger side. No need for a drivers side can.
And before you ask, no, if it was needed, Ford would not include it with the vehicle. They would sell it to you at extra cost, and they do just that by offering the Ford Performance catch cans.

Fun fact: Did you know Ford has what they call a RAV team? It stands for "Reaquired Vehicles Team". It is a group of full time employees who only deal with vehicle returns all day every day. That's not a good sign.
